If we need to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address, you provided to us in your order.
Our Products
Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately we can not always guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the Products.
Your Product may vary slightly from those images.
When making an order through our Website, the webpages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order before submitting.
If we are unable to accept your order, for example because a Product is out of stock or no longer available or we cannot meet your requested delivery date or there was an error in price on our Website, we will inform you of this by email and we will not continue to process your order. If you have already paid for your order, we will refund you the full amount.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund.
Returns-
Although we hope that you will be very happy with your purchase in the event that you are not happy please contact us immediately so we can do our best to rectify the situation. Should the issue be a fault on our part we will issue a full refund Including return postage upon receipt of the returned purchase. As our boxes are personalised gifts If the item has been wrongly ordered or you have changed your mind there will be a 25% restocking fee and all refunds will be minus the original postage costs. Return postage is buyers responsibility.
Unless the Product is faulty or not as described you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us.
Our Website contains a number of Products. It is possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Products on our Website may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Products you have ordered we will contact you to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
Please note you can only use one discount code per order.
Delivery Times-
Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed.
We will always do our best to ensure your order reaches you within the delivery time stated. Sometimes there will be occasions where factors outside of our control can affect delivery times.

Royal Mail Special delivery shipping service is a Signed for service and the only signed for shipping service that we use. Please see Royal mail website for further guidance on their services.
Orders placed over any Bank Holiday periods or any Saturday/Sundays will be dispatched the next working day.
